You are so nice that you buy art from us - we send as fast as we can, reasonably and safely. If you have questions along the way, you should get good answers. It is safe and easy to shop with us, and all customers will be satisfied!

MORE ABOUT THE TERMS

Thank you for your interest in our terms and conditions! OsloNowhere a new project with a small and art-interested team. Our goal is to connect art collectors and artists. This means that we do not sell the art ourselves. When you buy art through oslonowhere.com you buy directly from the artist. We act as an intermediary between you and the artist, and work to make the transaction as smooth as possible for both parties. We receive your payment and delivery information, issue a receipt and receive any returns on behalf of the artist, to make things easy for everyone. MORE ABOUT DELIVERY

Most photos are sent within 24 hours of ordering. Where the transmission time deviates, this is specified in the product information for the image. However, we do what we can to keep the delivery time as short as possible, and get a lot of good feedback on fast delivery time. Some of the works are also available for collection in central Oslo, or at the artist's own premises. Please contact us to arrange a time for collection, or if you have any other questions related to delivery.

RETURNS

If there is something you are dissatisfied with, get in touch! Our goal is always to sort it out. All necessary information for your return is enclosed in the order confirmation you receive by email when ordering. Some of the products are made to order, and upon return of these, the printing costs will be deducted from the refund. In cases where this is relevant, it is stated in the product description of the individual image.

As you purchase the art from the artist, any claims or complaints related to the artwork will be the artist's responsibility. To simplify the process, we have agreements with the artists we work with that allow us to help them process complaints on their behalf. For you, it means that you can make demands or complaints to us, we will do our best to solve the problem. Please contact us before returning anything and make sure that the product is returned in original condition and is packed to avoid damage during shipping.

You do not need to use the right of withdrawal form for us, just get in touch and we will arrange it as easily as possible.

EXEMPTION FOR VAT ON THE SALE OF ART

As mentioned above, all art on this page is sold in the artist's own name, with OsloNowhere as mediator.

The works of art at OsloNowhere meet the general requirements for exemption from VAT. Thus, the prices on our website are without VAT, and VAT. will not be added to the sale price upon purchase. When the price exceeds DKK 2,000. is a statutory art fee * of 5% included in the sales price (Art fee to the Visual Artists' Aid Fund).

SAFETY

We hope you feel safe shopping with us. We never store payment information, and all payments are handled by our payment partner Stripe. OsloNowhere has in no way the opportunity to see your card number or other sensitive information. As a customer of OsloNowhere, we may from time to time send you offers and information that we think you will like. You can at any time choose not to receive such communication.

OTHER TERMS

We reserve the right to reject your order if your personal information is incorrect, or if the credit card used to order belongs to someone other than the recipient. We apologize if it causes any inconvenience, but make reservations to prevent fraud and to ensure a good experience for both you and the artists.
